Please note: in high season, we ask for a minimum stay of four nights; discounts on bookings for 2 or more weeks are always available.
Quoted rates are per unit but, also, there will be a charge of US$10 per extra head, should the number in your party exceed 7 in Warm Breezes, 2 in The Artist's Studio, and 2 in Sweet Nest.

Terms & Conditions
Villa Capacity, Use & Maintenance: The total number of persons allowed to stay in any of the apartments overnight is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, its members will be required to pay for the extra person(s) immediately or vacate the premises without refund.
The apartments at Hibiscus Heights are to be used for private entertaining only. Absolutely NO house parties or big public functions such as weddings are allowed without previous arrangement and permission of owners.
In case of a maintenance problem, after being notified, the owners of Hibiscus Heights are committed to the earliest resolution of problem possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television/cable service, telephone, appliances, etc. It is the obligation of guests to report any problem or damage to the owners immediately.
Security Deposit: a CASH security deposit as per reservation agreement is required upon arrival. If you prefer not to pay cash, please notify the owners of this at the time of booking, so that you can pre-pay the security deposit prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full, either at check-out or within 2 weeks of a party’s departure, provided:
- the apartment is not left abnormally dirty causing an inordinate lot of extra cleaning
- there is no breakage, damage, or missing items
- there are no outstanding charges incurred before, during, or after your stay
